2021 Fall Baseball - Registration Closed

TPSS Coed Baseball is back and here to stay. Our 2021 fall league registration is open now and will remain open until September 5.

Since we have been away for a while, I wanted to reinforce TPSS Youth Baseball and Softball Leagues founding principles.

Founded in the early 1990’s, TPSS has dedicated itself to providing community based youth sports.Tens of thousands have participated at all levels - players, coaches, team parents, league officials, local businesses, sponsors, fans.

  • Instruction emphasizes fun and healthy competition. All skill levels welcome.
  • No tryouts. No drafts.
  • Everyone plays – every game.
  • One Sunday afternoon day per week – practice is conveniently scheduled prior to the game.
  • No fundraisers.

The TPSS baseball program has and will continue to teach your child the game as well as build self-confidence in a fun environment.

TPSS recreational coed baseball curriculum is focused on developing the fundamentals of baseball – running the bases, catching, throwing, pitching and hitting – while also instilling sportsmanship and promoting teamwork.

Our youngest age group, kids play in our Rookie Division. Here players develop appropriate form and hand-eye coordination as they get used to hitting the ball from a tee.

At the next level, Minors A Division (coach pitch) format continues building players baseball skills. Also, we introduce the position of catcher.

Our next division, Minors AA integrates player pitching and umpires call games.

Majors Division is our most competitive division, but skill enhancement and team building are still emphasized.

TPSS baseball has a spring and fall season. The Spring season with games played on Saturday allows us to take advantage of warm days and increasing amount of daylight. Our Fall season presents us with additional challenges - less daylight, greater competition for ball fields and cooler weather. So we combine games and practices on Sunday. The season starts September 12 and ends October 17.  Please register early so teams can be drafted and in place before the start of the season.

TPSS provides safety equipment (helmets, balls, bats, etc.) Players should bring a glove. Each player will get a jersey and hat.

Remember the age levels are guides. If a parent thinks his or her child should be at a different level, we defer to parents. Register for the system generated division, send me a note and I will make the transfer.  We do not encourage playing down due to safety concerns.

Scholarships are available.

If you have a credit on your account from a previous season, the credit will automatically be deducted at checkout.

Thank you and we look forward to a great season.
